At European Locks & Doors, we supply quality architectural hardware from established manufacturers and stand behind the products we sell.

Returns

If you have ordered an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase before returning anything. Eligible stock items must be unused, unmodified, undamaged and in their original packaging in resalable condition. Returns are subject to prior approval and may incur return freight and a restocking fee.

Special-order, custom-finished, plated, modified, punched-to-order, discontinued or clearance products may not be eligible for return or credit. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties vary by product, finish and brand. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us with your order number or proof of purchase, photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where required.

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, unsuitable cleaning products or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

Nothing in our Warranty & Returns Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before returning any product, please contact European Locks & Doors so we can provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
